FieldYes gives a contracting business a link where a client can approve or decline a described extra at a stated price. You are responsible for the words, the price, and whether you start the work. We do not inspect jobs and we are not a party to your contract with the homeowner.

The decision record (name, time, price, description, photos you uploaded) is a business record. It is not a guarantee that a court, a lender, or a license board will treat it as a signed change order in your state. Keep your own contract. Do not present FieldYes as a law firm or as insurance.

Choose Solo or Crew and try that package free for 25 days without a credit card. Solo includes one person; Crew includes five people. Both include unlimited jobs. The trial ends without an automatic charge. Monthly billing is $24.99 USD for Solo or $79.99 USD for Crew. The yearly offer charges $299.88 USD for Solo or $959.88 USD for Crew for 14 months of access (12 paid months plus 2 free). It renews every 14 months unless canceled. Subscribing starts paid access immediately. A discount code may change the amount charged as shown at checkout. Existing legacy subscriptions retain their agreed pricing and allowances. Stripe processes subscriptions. Cancel in Plan & billing using Cancel subscription; access continues until the current period ends. Eligible paid Solo/Crew subscriptions can accept one extra calendar month free instead, once per subscription. This moves the next payment one month later, with no charge for the extension; ordinary billing then continues. You can decline the offer and cancel normally. Failed payments pause sending new links; old records stay readable.

Cancellations and refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime in Plan & billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund.

You may request a full refund of your first FieldYes subscription payment within 7 days of that payment, for either the monthly or 14-month offer. Email support.eloak@gmail.comand include your invoice number. The refund is for the amount you actually paid, including any discount. If refunded, the subscription is canceled and paid access ends. The 7-day window applies once, to the first payment; renewals are not covered. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

Don’t upload photos you don’t have the right to store. Don’t send a link that pretends to be a different company. We can disable a business that abuses the email path or the public links.

The service is provided as-is. If a link fails to send because email isn’t connected, the copy-link path is the fallback and the extra is still marked sent only after you press send. We are not liable for profit you lose by starting work without a yes.

Privacy

Completion reports save the company profile, optional logo and payment links, approved prices, and before-and-after photos at publication. Anyone with the report link can view it until it is revoked. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Payment links are supplied by the contractor; FieldYes does not process customer payments, confirm balances, verify workmanship, or issue tax invoices through this report.
