Draft for a US business. Not a lawyer’s opinion. Updated September 27, 2026.

FieldYes stores the business profile you type (name, trade, city, phone, reply-to email, license number), the jobs and extras you create, photos you attach, and the homeowner’s decision: the name they type, an optional note, the time, and the IP address and browser string of that decision. That IP is so you can show a record later. It is not sold.

If you connect Stripe, Stripe stores the card. We store the customer id, subscription id, and plan. We do not see the full card number. If you connect Resend, the yes-link email is sent through Resend to the client email you entered. Until email is connected, the message is only stored in your outbox so you can copy the link.

Sign-in uses this app’s account system (email and password). We do not use the account to advertise to your clients.

Photos stay attached to the extra. Delete the job and the photos, extras, and messages for that job go with it. Billing records of a paid subscription may remain in Stripe after you cancel.

Export your records or delete your account from Settings. Cancel an active subscription first. We don’t run ads and we don’t share the board with other businesses.

Terms

Completion reports save the company profile, optional logo and payment link, approved prices, and before-and-after photos at publication. Anyone with the report link can view it until it is revoked. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Payment links are supplied by the contractor; FieldYes does not process customer payments, confirm balances, verify workmanship, or issue tax invoices through this report.
